Smell of gas
Immediately: no lights, no flames, open windows, leave the building and call the gas emergency number 128. Then we handle the repair.
Blockage & backflow
Toilet, drain or pipe blocked? We restore free flow quickly.

No hot water

When is the emergency service worth it?
When consequential damage is likely – e.g. leaking water, heating failure in winter or danger to people. For everything else we will honestly tell you whether an appointment on the next working day is enough.
Why do you sometimes recommend the next working day?
Because emergency call-outs carry surcharges. If it is not truly urgent, a regular appointment saves you money – and we still come quickly.
Will insurance cover the costs?
For water pipe damage often yes, depending on your policy. We document the damage for the insurer and support you with the claim.
