A dated bathroom with a shower cubicle and built-in furniture became a modern bathroom with large-format stone-look tiles: walk-in shower with rain shower and wall niche, wall-hung WC, designer radiator, vanity unit with LED mirror and recessed spotlights. Plumbing by us, all other trades through our partner businesses.

As part of an energy-efficient renovation we installed and fitted the boiler room: the Vaillant aroTHERM plus air-to-water heat pump stands outside on bases, while hot water and buffer tanks, pump groups and insulated pipework in the basement ensure efficient operation.

Air conditioning for a top-floor flat in Vienna

Even with very demanding installation conditions we find a way to cool the flat: one outdoor unit sits on a roof bracket between the pitched roof and chimneys, another on the roof terrace. Inside, Korel split indoor units keep the rooms comfortable – installed neatly and discreetly.

Roof terrace: new waterproofing & subsurface drip irrigation

The roof terrace was given new waterproofing. As part of this, we laid a subsurface drip irrigation mat and connected it to the water supply – so the future planted areas are watered evenly and efficiently right at the roots.
