Protecting your personal data is important to us. We process your data solely on the basis of the applicable law (GDPR, Austrian DSG, TKG 2021). This privacy policy explains the most important aspects of data processing on our website. The German version is legally binding.

Hosting & server log files

This website is hosted by World4You Internet Services GmbH (Austria). When you visit the website, technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser) is stored in server log files for security and stable operation (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log files are deleted automatically after a short period.

Cookies & local storage

We do not use tracking or marketing cookies or analytics tools. Your “private/business” choice is stored only locally in your browser (local storage) to show you relevant content. It is not transmitted to us.

Enquiry form, email & WhatsApp

When you contact us via the enquiry form, we process your details (name, phone number, location, optional email, request) to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – pre-contractual measures). The enquiry is sent to us by email.

At your request the form also opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message. Data is only transmitted via WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Ltd., Meta group) once you send the message yourself. This may involve a transfer to the USA; Meta is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. WhatsApp’s privacy policy also applies. If you prefer not to use WhatsApp, please contact us by phone or email.

Your data is deleted once it is no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations apply.

Google Maps

On some pages you can load a Google Maps map (Google Ireland Ltd.). The map is only loaded after you click (consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which transmits your IP address to Google, possibly to the USA.

Fonts

All fonts are hosted locally on our server. No connection to Google Fonts servers is made.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and may withdraw consent at any time. You can lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (www.dsb.gv.at).
